From our fields to your plate — traditional Berber cooking with ingredients harvested the same day. While we would love to welcome walk-ins, we prepare every meal from scratch and currently only provide service by reservation or pre-order.

All menu ingredients are provided locally on our farm. Vegetables, herbs, chickens, and olives grown on our land — prepared in the Berber tradition.

We would love to accept walk-ins, but to ensure nothing goes to waste, everything is harvested and cooked specifically for the guests we expect. Please reserve or order your meal in advance.

Eggs on the farm

Our hens roam the yard; eggs are collected the same day they reach the kitchen — unwashed shells, real farm soil, nothing staged for a supermarket shelf.

Fresh khobz the traditional way

Try our fresh clay oven baked bread prepared in traditional Berber fashion — it arrives warm at your table with every tagine and salad.
